The Untamed Natural Passion of the artist known as Untamed

We all wear multiple hats throughout our lives. Be it our professional side, our social side, be it our nurturing side or our ghetto side. There's a time and a place for it all. This woman here is the Queen of Multiple Hats. Let The River's Edge Writers introduce you to a best-selling author by the name Untamed. The name may seem to be representing unstable, chaotic, feral and barbaric even, but this Queen is far from those analogies. This Georgia Peach grew up in Albany, Georgia and her love for reading as a child drew her into the art of storytelling. Untamed likes to say her works are "one-half holy water and one-half hellfire....it depends on what flavor you choose". She has a plethora of authors as her favorites but one that stands out for her is the New York Times best-seller, Ashley Antoinette. We can see where the hellfire inspiration comes from, but that inspiration isn't limited to just one writer.

Untamed's story lines seem fluid when you read them, flowing like the Mississippi River, calm at times but can turn raging in an instant. She says her motivating factors come in various forms, be it her life, a conversation, a picture or even movie. Allowing her imagination to take hold and letting her fingertips peck out a story on the screen. Untamed lets it be known that writing could never be considered a hobby to her.

"My love for the art form inspires me. Writing is embedded in my DNA. Without writing, I wouldn't exist, so I write because it's a natural part of me."

Now we don't want you to think that all this devoted wife and loving mother does is push out books. Remember this is the Queen of Multiple Hats so you need to add screenwriter, film producer and podcaster to the mix also. Yes, Untamed not only have over 14 novels under her belt but she is also the creator and host of the Get Caught Up Podcast. You can also find her name under screenwriter and co-producer on a few films that air on multiple platforms such as Tubi. The film "No Better Love" starring LHHA reality star Karli Redd, "Trap Soldiers" where she worked with N'Tyse, "Gutta Mamis: Money Bag Tales" which was her first film and her upcoming project starring New Orleans native Jason Mitchell (Staright Outta Compton) are just a few to name. Burning the candle at both ends is an understatement for the multi-talented Untamed.

Now as for her books, they speak for themselves. Like we said earlier, over 14 sickening urban dramas lay out in their dramatic form, enticing their readers with every page turn. But she also have a collection of anthologies she's been featured in and also a poetry book to show of her sensitive side. Untamed is a virtual force to be reckoned with when it comes to creativity.

"Whew, this book started gentle and sweet like an innocent child, but baby it became grown real quick."

Readers fell in love with her works from day one and the reviews haven't slowed down one bit. Untamed loves meeting her fans, as she say it is an awe-inspiring feeling to meet someone that looks at her in the same light as the authors she admires. And for her faithful fanbase, she is hard working on the third installment of The View series right along with working on another anthology later this year.

"Meeting a few of my readers was an eye-opening experience... and it made me understand how much my words impact others..."

Untamed is far from the chaotic state her name portrays but at the same hand is a whirlwind. Her podcast Get Caught Up is a literary creatives' dream come true because it shines a spotlight on the art itself, it showcases the artist and hands out little nuggets of knowledge throughout. Get Caught Up is broadcasted on 11 different platforms and aired in 39 different countries. No matter if you're in Colombus, Ohio or Paris, France you can Get Caught Up (yes pun intended...lol)

Her latest literary work brought in the same reactions from her last and the reviews just poured in when "Soldiers of Love" was released this year. Untamed captivates her readers with relatable storylines that simply draw them in.

"Soldiers of love was so engaging. The realism of young love. We believe we can handle it and it handles us. Falling in love before we ever truly know what it is."

You're like, "Where can we find her?" C'mon nah, you know we got you. Down below you can find all of her social media sites, web page, Amazon page and podcast.

Oh and just to add a little of that Creole seasoning to the mix, Untamed's alter ego is dropping an erotic black love splash in the pool. Get ready in October of 2023 for "Love on the Ninth Floor" by Aries Skye. Links below just cause you nosey.
