R.M. Edgerson Jr, creator of the Decisions Universe

Poems are a lifeline of melodic word play for a poet. A way for them to express their deepest thoughts with words and phrases. R. M. Edgerson Jr created a literary world through the Decisions Series he wrote. In an attempt to express himself through a character he created in his first ever standalone urban fiction novel, he wrote a poem. The urban novel A Lotus Dream was published in 2020. A story not only about the exotic dance industry but also about the people that made exotic dancing their career and all the twist & turns that followed. In the book one of the characters performed during an open mic night at a bar and his talent was similar to the actual author which is poetry. The following is that insert, a poem titled "Taste U" by Ralph M. Edgerson Jr.

I need to taste you, not just in a physical way but I wanna taste you deep.

I can only imagine how succulent your spirit would actually be.

Most guys just wanna find your spot, touch it a lot and get you hooked.

I wanna find your light, open you up and not just gaze but take a deeper look.

I don't think you understand how bad I wanna taste your everything.

From when you sit in the corner and cry, to when your song comes on and you sing.

I wanna lay my tongue against your supple lusciousness just to quench my thirst.

But I want to get to know your worth instead of your physical first.

I want you to taste me tasting you so you could experience the gratification.

I want to fellatio your inner thoughts with a missionary position of satisfaction.

You got me begging like I'm your lowly servant and you're my priestess or oracle.

Girl I wanna taste you, it really can't be that hard to do.
